Operator

A long-running role (Chief of Staff, scheduler, comms operator, PKM operator, secops operator) that pack authors can extend but cannot shadow. Operators have stable identities — work survives operator restart, sleep, and wake — and stable Activity attribution so the user can audit per-role behaviour.

The two-slot persona model surfaces the Chief of Staff (strategic) and the Personal Assistant (task-orchestrator); additional operators handle domain-specific scope (mail, calendar, fleet, secops, household). See Agency model.
