Precedent

A recorded judgement: which recipient the skill picked, which provider it chose, which classification it applied. Precedents live in the user’s vault as durable notes.

A future skill from a different pack can read precedent and follow it, even after the originating pack is uninstalled. This is how the user’s accumulated taxonomy survives pack churn. See Legibility and continuity.
