Skill

A named piece of work the user can dispatch — draft a reply to a thread, summarise overnight mail, generate the daily digest. Skills carry a prompt, a declared capability set, a model tier requirement, budget bounds, and a target operator.

The user invokes a skill ad-hoc via chat, schedules it via cron, or wires it to an event trigger. Skills are bundled into packs; a pack is a cookbook, a skill is a recipe.
