Pack

A bundle of capability declared by a YAML manifest. The manifest tells the platform what the pack ships: skills, workflows, transforms, tunables, agents, operators. The runtime validates the manifest against the pack-spec schema and registers what the pack provides.

Packs reference blades and community plugins but do not author their own plugin code. Pack authoring uses the same substrate the platform uses internally — Stallari’s own behaviour ships as packs against the same spec community authors target. See Packs and trust for tiers.
