Groupthink Dev. is the company developing Stallari. Sealed packs and blades are Groupthink-Dev-authored; community packs and community MCP plugins are third-party authored.

When the docs say Stallari, they mean the platform behaviour. When they say Groupthink Dev., they mean the authorship of a specific artefact.
